Piniola AI Terms of Service

These terms explain the agreement between your business and Piniola LLC when you sign up or use Piniola AI. By using the platform, you agree to follow these terms.

Piniola AI is for businesses and users age 18 or older working on behalf of a business.

Keep your login and account secure. You are responsible for anything done in your account, including actions by invited team members.

• Plan features and prices show when you pick a package; subscriptions renew unless cancelled
• Every plan begins with a free trial, ending on the shown date; your plan starts unless you cancel before the trial ends
• Setup fees are refundable if listed for your plan
• Extra credits are valid for your current billing period and are not refundable once used
• BDT prices are close estimates; final billing is in USD
• If payment fails, reminders are sent and access may be limited until payment is made
• You can cancel anytime; access continues until your paid period ends

Agencies can sell Piniola AI under their own brand.

Agencies are responsible for managing client accounts, billing, and support, and must give clients terms that protect them at least as much as these do.

Your business owns its data. We store and use your data only to provide the service.

You must use your customers' data lawfully, get consent for marketing communications, and follow all platform rules.

Piniola AI suggests and auto-generates posts, replies, and content to save you time. Always review and approve before sharing—your final approval matters.

Piniola AI is not for medical advice. Healthcare users can use PINIOLA for communication, lead, appointment, and admin automation only.

Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, email, SMS, payments, and certain AI services require connecting to other company accounts. Each has its own terms and conditions.

We cannot guarantee these connections or that your accounts will always stay linked.

You may not use PINIOLA AI to send spam, mislead or harass anyone, sell illegal products, collect data without permission, or break security rules.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that do not follow these terms.

We work to keep PINIOLA AI available, but updates or maintenance may be needed.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts for breaking these terms or for non-payment. When possible, we will notify you and help you export your data.

PINIOLA AI is provided "as is". Where the law allows, we do not take responsibility for indirect losses or lost profits. Our liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months.

You are responsible for any claims resulting from your own content or messages.

We notify account owners before making important changes to these terms.
